Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Jump the Orbit iPhone app (the “App”) provided by Keito Murakami (the “Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

The App is a casual game provided for entertainment, in which you guide a satellite between planetary orbits and compete for a high score.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the App. No intellectual property or other ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Game data

The Developer does not guarantee that results, scores, best scores, saved runs, or other data will always be accurately recorded or fully preserved. Data may be lost due to device failure or loss, insufficient storage, OS or App updates, deletion of the App, changes to settings, or other circumstances.

4. Prohibited conduct

5. Advertising and third-party services

The App may show Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads and uses Google User Messaging Platform for advertising consent management. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply. Advertisers or providers are responsible for advertised content, products, and services.

6. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. A one-time revival during a run may be available after completing an ad. Ads or rewards may be unavailable due to network conditions, ad inventory, or third-party service status.

7. Remove Ads purchase

Remove Ads is a non-consumable in-app purchase provided through Apple StoreKit. Apple’s terms and systems govern payment, billing, refunds, purchase history, and restoration. Legally required notices, content outside the App, or content outside the purchase scope may still appear.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

The Developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the App for maintenance, improvement, technical or operational needs, legal compliance, or other reasonable reasons.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” The Developer does not warrant completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, freedom from defects, or preservation of game data.

To the reasonable extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where a limitation is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law or the App. Material changes will be announced here or in the App.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes relating to the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Japan where the Developer is located.
