PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Keito Murakami (the “Developer”) establishes this policy for information handled by the Jump the Orbit iPhone app (the “App”).
1. Accounts and game data
The App has no account registration, login, or server operated by the Developer. Scores, best scores, and saved runs are managed on your device. The Remove Ads purchase state is managed on the device or through Apple’s systems. Local data may be lost due to device failure, migration, OS updates, or deletion of the App.
2. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. The App requests non-personalized ads. Google explains that even non-personalized ads may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or similar technologies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, and other functions required to serve ads.
Information Google may process
Depending on device settings, region, consent choices, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google may collect or process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, product interactions, usage and advertising data, crash and diagnostic information, and performance information.
The App does not independently send your name, email address, or saved game data to AdMob. Google’s actual processing may vary based on settings, consent, and service specifications.
3. Advertising consent
In the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where a message may be required, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising information and privacy choices.
See the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and AdMob ad serving modes.
4. General audiences and minors
The App is intended for a general audience that may include minors. It sets the Google Mobile Ads SDK maximum ad content rating to General, the category intended for general audiences including families. This limits the requested ad content rating, but the Developer cannot guarantee every individual ad served by Google or an advertising provider.
5. Remove Ads purchase
The App offers a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase through Apple StoreKit. Apple manages the purchase, payment, refunds, purchase history, and restoration. The Developer does not access card numbers or other payment details. The Developer may receive transaction information needed to verify purchase status through Apple’s systems.
See App Store & Privacy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Support inquiries
Support is provided by email. The email address, message, device information, and any other information you voluntarily provide are used to answer your inquiry, verify the request when needed, investigate the issue, and provide support. Do not send saved game data or unnecessary personal information.
7. Disclosure to third parties
The Developer does not disclose personal information without consent unless required by law. Processing by Google and Apple is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Security and retention
The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect information received through support and endeavors not to retain it longer than needed for the inquiry or applicable legal obligations.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the App, third-party services, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced here or in the App.
