Privacy Policy

Keito Murakami (the “Developer”) establishes this policy for the handling of information in the Stage Organizer iPhone app (the “App”).

1. Data handled by the App

The App generally stores the productions, scenes, performers, costumes, props, scenery, positions, movements, and other production data you create on your device. The App has no account registration and does not transmit production data to a server operated by the Developer.

The App does not request access to photos, contacts, or location.

2. Information processed for advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to show app open and interstitial ads. Depending on your settings, consent choices, region, and device environment, Google may process:

Device or advertising identifiers
Approximate location inferred from an IP address or similar data
App interactions, ad impressions and responses, and other usage or advertising data
Diagnostics such as crash and performance information

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain or improve services. The Developer does not seek to identify you personally from information processed by Google.

3. Advertising consent

The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and may display consent notices or privacy choices where required by law or regional rules. You can make choices through the prompts shown in the App. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. In-app purchase

The App offers a non-consumable “Remove Ads” purchase through Apple StoreKit. Apple handles purchases, payment, and purchase history. The Developer does not receive or store card numbers or other payment details. Information required to verify purchase status is processed through Apple’s systems.

5. PDF and ZIP generation and sharing

At your request, the App can generate PDF or ZIP documents from production data. These documents are shared using the iOS share sheet, where you choose the destination and content. Files required for sharing are treated as temporary generated files. Once a file is passed to another app or service, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

6. Deleting data

You can delete production data through the App or remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App. Files you saved or sent elsewhere through the iOS share sheet must be deleted at their destination.

7. Disclosure to third parties

The Developer does not disclose personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law. Processing by Google and Apple is governed by the sections above and each company’s policies.

8. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
