These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SwatchPocket (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the App. No ownership rights in the App are transferred to you.

2. Prohibited conduct

Violating any law or public policy
Infringing the rights or interests of the App or any third party
Disrupting the App or attempting unauthorized access
Copying, modifying, analyzing, or redistributing the App without permission
Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

3. Advertising and third-party services

The App may contain advertising or links to third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

4. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, design, text, and logos, belong to the operator or their lawful owners. You retain rights in data you enter into the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be complete, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes or termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes relating to the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Japan where the operator is located.
